[Dell dvd 9]

I just bought new Dell computer and it came with "Roxio Creator & MyDVD 9.0 DE " disc. I was able to use it for a while and suddenly when I cliked "Create DVD" button it was saying "Cannot load the skin".I tryied to repair it and it told me to reinstall the MyDVD 9 DE program. I put in my Roxio disc which came with the system from dell and it asked my to uninstall MyDVD 9.0 DE first befor I can install new one. I did it and not I cannot install this again.It is on the disc, I can open the file and see this and I can install it but after instalation it is not in the programs. I reinstalled all the disc option and Roxio Creator is working fine execpt that it dose not contain the option "Create DVD". I contacted DELL and they told me that it was not trail version and I should contat Roxio. Anybody can tell me why I cannot install MY DVD 9.0 on my Windows Vista. It was working fine for a while.

For reinstalling with your bundled software, you will need to contact Dell about it. I understand you already did, however we simple don't have enough information on what's supplied to you on the disc you received from Dell since there are different bundles for different Dell computers.
