You guys have been great and helped me with every other issue I have encountered. Here is my latest: trying to create ringtones. It asks for the 16 digit CD Key. Only the CD Key I have is 17 digits. It will not work.....what do I do?
Thanks

There is no serial number required for Xingtone in EMC 9... at least I never had one... have you tried to used the trial version of Xingtone before?

When I open it through EMC 9, it goes to xingtone and then it says I must enter the CD key. It does say that it is in the 'trial version'. So how do I get it off the trial version?
I have contacted both Roxio and xingtone via their websites, but neither responds..............

Are you using the full version of EMC9 or the 30 day trial? If it is the trial, then the xingtone won't work
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed
