I have several MPEG files that I wish to burn to DVD so that i can view them on my TV rather than my computer. I have done a burn through Toast 7, the sound is fine but the video rolls like the vertical hold is not adjusted correctly. This only happens when viewing the newly burned DVD on my TV. It plays perfectly on my MAC. I have checked the TV and DVD player both are fine.
I have also done an AVI to DVD and that works fine. No problems with the video or sound.
So I thought that if I convert the MPEGS to AVI then burn to DVD that all would be well. However when I convert the MPEG to AVI (using Quicktime Pro) I get no sound. I havent' yet burned the video only file to DVD to see if it takes care of the rolling probelm .. anyway
Can anyone help with either issue:
Correcting the rolling video or
Keeping the sound when Converting MPEG to a different format??
Thanks for your help in advance

Please describe the specs for the video and audio in the original MPEGs that are having this problem. Those specs appear when you click the Edit button after selecting a title in the Toast Video window.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
