No Video And Recurring Static After Burning Dvd From A Quicktime File Exported From Fcp Xpress

I have Final Cut Express HD and I exported My film as a quicktime file. In Toast 7 Titanium once I add that file to the project to burn I am able to scroll and see the video there. Once I burn it though and view it there is absolutley no video and beeping static every 2 seconds. What am I doing wrong?

Are you using Toast 7.0.2? Also, are there chapter markers in the FCE movie? Version 7.0.2 fixed a similar issue with iMovies contained chapter markers so I'm wondering if this is related to your situation.
