Can't burn

I have just got Easy media creator 9 on CD.
None of the programs starts encoding before burning, so no burning

You might want to start off by telling what program you used, what kind of file you are burning, and the steps that you took to create the project and burn it.

Also, are you running XP or Vista, and is your copy of EMC 9 a retail version?

Dell dimension DM061, 2 cpu’s 2,80 Ghz, 2,0 GB Ram,
Samsung SP2504 C harddrive , 230 GB
Nvidia Geforce 7300 LE
Microsoft Windows XP, Media center edition , ver 2002 , service pack 2

EMC 9 is a retail version. And I want my money back if this is going on.

I am using Adobe Premiere pro 1.5 and Adobe Encore dvd 1.5
And AVS Media programs without any burning problems
