angry.gif I am trying to install EMC 9 on a new Dell computer which had an OEM version of EMC 9 on it, and I keep getting the invalid cd key error.  The new version of 9 uninstalled all of the previous components of the OEM 9.  I tried to use the link with the patch to fix it, but when I try to acess the page I get another error that I'm not authorized to view the page.  Someone please HELP!

Is this the link you went to? It works for me.  Maybe it's the wonderful IE7 in Vista causing a problem with you viewing it.  If you still can't get it to show up, download Firefox and try accessing it from that browser.

Same as me - Dell PC with Vista.

Uninstalled Roxio Creator DE and tried to install EMC 9.  CD key invalid.  And unable to access the patch file from home or from work (XP/IE6).

Any advice would be much appreicated.
