Is this the link you went to? It works for me. Maybe it's the wonderful IE7 in Vista causing a problem with you viewing it. If you still can't get it to show up, download Firefox and try accessing it from that browser.

Same as me - Dell PC with Vista.
Uninstalled Roxio Creator DE and tried to install EMC 9. CD key invalid. And unable to access the patch file from home or from work (XP/IE6).
Any advice would be much appreicated.

I got it!
Just removed all roxio software through the control panel, restarted the pc and then installed.
