cant burn cds

i have easy cd creator 9 on windows vista.  i use bearshare to download music files and when im in easy cd creator and use the drop and drag i drag the music file into the other side to be burned and a message comes up.              

               some files cannot be recorded to your disc because the maxium number of burns has been reached, or the file does not have a valid burn license.



i guess its kind of self exlpanatory but how can i get around this.

This is only a guess but, this might just be a case where the wonderful DRM powers of Vista aren't letting you copy files.  I'm sure these files on Bearshare are the cause.
