I agree, I just downloaded the entire EMC9 andhave attempted to install it three times.

Lots and lots of bugs!  Vey poor support, no patches available, locks up, etc.

For $132 CDN is a rip off.

I have requested a refund, no replt Roxio can let me know when the have a marketable product.
