When I enter the code for my copy of Toast, the appropriate button to proceed is grayed out, and stays grayed out no matter what I do.

Does anyone know how to get this horrible registration process to work? I have had this trouble with every copy of Toast I have ever owned. It usually happens at times other than weekdays 9-5. No wonder! I do have a job, so usually cannot take off to try to call Roxio, assuming that anyone is there.
