Save custom settings?

Is there any way to convince Popcorn 2 to remember a set of custom settings?

I'm encoding video for the AppleTV and it is seriously irking to have to re-enter the custom settings every time I launch the app.

Doesn't matter where I set the settings, they don't stick.
