Other than Drag to Disc being installed with Nero InCD, you should have no problems.  Many have reported both installed with no problems.  However, some have had minor problems with their drives not being recognized but that's easily fixed.

If I disable Nero's Drag to Disc, I should be ok?

It's actually In CD and yes, you should be.  I checked out the trial version of Nero 7 shortly after it came out but did have EMC9 installed at the time and I simply checked the box not to install InCD and I was ok BUT, I DID NOT HAVE Drag to Disc installed in Roxio.....I and many others see no benefits at all in this or any packet writing program. I use Creator Classic to save anything I must trust to be used again in the future.
Might be for another thread but don't trust any packet writing app to keep your important files.
