For some reason suddenly whenever I want to use product window appears please wait while windows configures Roxio I can hide and still use recordnow but still why is this occuring also when I went to update error 13001 update service does not recognize this product.Product not registered with the update service. I did uninstall and re install 3 days ago when this started so must I reregister. It is same CD I downloaded originally.

Have you by chance installed IE 7 recently? It is know to cause problems and would need to be uninstalled and rolled back to IE 6.

I did have IE7 removeed it prior to uninstalling record now reverted back to IE6 then reinstalled Premier 8 again the program works can create data files to cd burn music cd drag and drop its just that everytime I choose to open the windows installer window also opens
