I am working with Roxio EMC7.5. I am working on a slideshow in Storyboard and when I click on transitions, overlays, & effects, a question mark appears over every selection. This has never happened & would like to know what I can do about It.
Thanks

First off, did you install the Content Disk? If you did, do the following:
Rename your Media Manager folder.

Media Manager is a hidden file. Go to My Computer/Tools/Folder Options, click on View, scroll down to Hidden Files and folders, and click in the circle to the left of Show hidden files and folders. Click on Apply, then Ok.

a. Close all open applications, especially Roxio applications.
b. Open My Computer.
c. Double click on the C: drive and browse to C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Roxio, where USERNAME is the name of the user you are currently logged in as.
d. Right click on the MediaManager folder and choose rename.
e. Name the folder MediaManager.old

Look now, to see if all of the transitions are showing.

Thank you so much for replying to my question. I finally was able to check for replies of my question & tried out the solution that you suggested & it worked. I am so happy & relieved that it did. I couldn't figure out if it was something I did wrong, because there were no question marks on my husbands side when I tried it on his. I printed your reply out in case I ever need it again. Do you know what caused it to do that?
Thanks again........
