I am using Easy Media Creator 9 on Windows Vista Home Premium. I have some of the compatability problems getting some the suite to work properly but overall I got it to work with reservations. My question is that Easy Media Creator Suite 9 allows you to create a video that will play on Ipods. I have a Creative Zen 30:M and I would like to try converting videos that will play on my Zen. Question is can you convert videos that will on these players. It brings up Disc Copier and everytime I run the program it just hangs and I have to kill it with the task manager. Has anyone had any success converting videos with Windows Vista that at least get to run on a video Ipod let alone a Creative Zen?

Well, you were using the right program. Outside of Vista being on your computer, I don't have any other idea what would be wrong.
Life is good!

Hi,
There have been a few issues reported related to launching Roxio apps from "Roxio Home". As grandpabruce stated, Disc Copier is the correct application for converting videos (yes, it does seem a bit confusing). Try opening Disc Copier directly from the "All Programs" menu, rather than from "Roxio Home". Then select "Video Compilation", add your original movie on the "Source" side, setup your "Destination" format (File/folder radio button, iPod or MPEG-4 Format, etc), then click "Save As"
Good Luck!
BR,
Lee
