Dear members

I have been trying to save my project to 'video file' format using "Output As" button after editing, but i always get this message(Unable to build the render file) as soon as I click the "Creat Video File" button. Please advise on what I'm doing wrong.

Thank you

Try going into Tools/options and change the render mode. Not sure if this will help you but it has helped others.
Just curious, what happens if you click the 'DVD" button to go to MyDVD when it asks you to save the project? Any errors then?

Paul my man,

Thanks a lot. I changed the render option to 'software' and it worked perfectly.

Thanks again
