I have Toast 6.0.5, 7.0.2, & 7.1.2 and am using Mac OSX 10.3.9. Before upgrading QuickTime version 6.1.5 to version 7.1.5, my "default" audio outputs (using any version of Toast) worked fine using Digidesign's CoreAudio Manager through the Mac Audio Midi Setup. After updating QuickTime to version 7.1.5, my audio outputs only worked through the "built-in audio" but would not work through the "Digidesign HW (002)." An error message would come up saying, "Please set the audio output frequency to 44.1 kHz in the Audio MIDI Setup utliity, then reopen this application." When I looked at the audio frequency setting in the Audio MIDI setup, it was already set on the appropriate 44.1 kHz setting. When I tried to reset it again and reopen Toast, it said the same thing. How do I get my audio output to work through the Digidesign Core Audio now?
