I upgraded to EMC9 with hopes for a better product.  Most parts I have used are better.  However, after capturing video from my video camera the burning a DVD, the audio gets increasingly farther behind the video.  Some of the specifics are Window XP, ATI MOBILITY RADEON 9000 video driver (no update available - I believe).  The playback is fine from the HD.
