Hi All,

I have just installed both D2D patches (32-bit and 64-bit).

The 32-bit patch was installed on my Dell Inspiron 9300 with Vista Ultimate x86. The Sonic DLA compatability message is gone and I've been unable to find any side-effects.

The 64-bit patch was installed on my Dell Precision 690 with Vista Ultimate x64. Prior to installing the patch, I did not receive the Sonic DLA compatability message, and I still don't. The only reason I installed it was to keep the D2D versions the same under both OS's.

For people with Dell computers:

If your Dell computer came with Dell's OEM version of EMC9, but you have removed it and installed Roxio's EMC9 or EMC9 Deluxe (either via a store bought CD or download), do not use the Dell patch. The Dell patch is related to Dell's OEM version of EMC9, not the fact that you have a Dell computer.
Best regards,

Lee
