I have just purchased creator 9 suite and cannot download it due to exceeding the 5 downlaod limit? I had no knowledge of this limit before purchasing the softwarre, and only found out abput it sue to  a poor wireless connection.

Can any one give any idea of how to rectify this.

As I am in Australia it is very hard to phone for support and there is no local phone contact.

There's nothing we can do to help you on this user forum unfortunately. You'll have to contact Roxio. Have you looked at all the options on the Contacts page?

In the order confirmation e-mail, you will find information like the screenshot below

ScreenShot054.jpg

There is a link for download information at www.findmyorder.com. You can follow the links and submit the request to increase the download count.

You can always contact our Customer Service using our online tools to increase the download count as well.

Dougal - did you follow the advice about contacting customer services and asking for a freshfollow the advicve regarding contacting Roxio services for a new download?

Or, is the program intact and just won't install? Try this to test it - right click on the exe file you downloaded and select 'open with' If you have eithger winzip or winrar, open it with that (it's a self-extracting zip archive file really). If you can extract that to a temp folder, the download is fine and you can run setup.exe from there: if not, then you need a fresh download
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed
