Hi,
I'm wanting the highest (audiophile) quality copy. This is for a two drive situation. Will "Copy" or "Audio" provide the better quality? Does either buffer the data to memory and then write to the second drive or do both copy from disc to disc directly? Does the process do any error checking?[font=Arial][size=1]

Many thanks in advance

Use the Copy window. When two drives are used Toast buffers the read while the other drive is writing. I'm don't know the answer to your error checking question. There is a verification stage that checks the copy with the source.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
