Hi All

I am using mydvd plus ver 7 to burn short films onto dvd. the file types i have used are avi and wmv. i have greater success with the wmv files however both types have problems when playing back the burnt dvd. the dvd jumps and shudders [in both audio and video, less with wmv file type] and the film becomes un watchable. the films are very short [approx 4min] and they always start off well and the problems have always occurred when watching the last minute or so of the dvd.  the pc I use is a HP Pavilion a1300a 3.0Ghz Celeron with 512MB ram. I have been using this machine for about 12 months with no problems burning dvds and cds but I have only just started burning home movies to dvd with no success. should i be converting the files to another file type or is it something I am doing wrong in mydvd plus? the media I use is tdk dvd-r.
