PhotoSuite 4 won't load anymore off of disc

I love PhotoSuite 4, but I had to do a system restore and now when I try to reload the disc, I get a instant 99% done and it stops loading. Any ideas ?

Just a guess, but try booting into Safe Mode and installing from there.
