My videowave production consists of video and photos. Upon completion, I try to output it to a video file and I get this dialog that says "error" [no number] "cannot allocate sample when the allocator is not active" I have no idea what this is so I can't fix it. Anyone know what this is about? My OS is XP Home SP2 and all updates. Any help is appreciated.

ps. because this has been a problem for some time I've uninstalled EMC9 and reinstalled it, still have the problem. Could the problem possibly be within Windows?
