mad.gif  Has anyone ever had this problem?

When I try to run any module that requires "Videowave" i get the following error.

"Videowave was unable to load the confuguration file. Plead re-install videowave"

I no of noway to reinstall just one program. I have reintalled the entire suite twice and still the same error.

Any suggestions?

I have the same problem, I have done at least 6 clean reinstalls and get the same thing. Can anyone help?

Sounds like a Vista security issue.

The Final Vista Certification from Roxio for EMC 9 series has not yet been completed. We are still waiting for the update from Roxio that hopefully will be soon.

Was windows defender or other anti-virus software running when you were doing the "clean installs"

I just got the reply from tech support. Normal vista runaround. If you right click on emc9 an click on run as administrator. The program seems to work great so far. I hope this helps some of you some headaches. Thanks for your reply.
