[i]I recently acquired the EMC 9, I've managed to import one set of photos from my Nikon coolpix camera, but I've gone to import a second lot today, and although it recognises my camera and I can select it from the drop down menu, it comes up with the message The List Is Empty, even though I have photos on my camera ready to transfer. It was working, so what has happened? I'm using Windows Vista. Thanks Joolz

Use Media Manager to download yours photos
Insert your sd or xd card in the computer and click on mobile phone icon, your photos should appear
Copy your photos by clicking on copy down, you choose the registry where you want to copy them

Thanks for your help, I've now managed to transfer them, not sure why it won't work the other way, when it did the other day, still this is an easy solution. Cheers Joolz
