One way to create an mpg file from an ISO file using Disc Copier is as follows:
1) Open Disc Copier
2) Select the Video Compilation tab
3) Click the Add Movies button
4) Locate and select the iso file
5) Under Format, select MPEG-2 File in the dropdown box
6) Output to File/Folder
7) Press the Save As button, navigate to the folder where you want to save the file, and provide the filename
