When copying to DVD using either Data Disk or Drag to Disk it will not finalize the disk.  Drag to disk fails in the finalization process when ejecting.  Data Disk fails in the file verification process. The disks are not readable and if an attempt to read them is made the DVD/CD rom/burner runs but does not read and often can only be ejected by resettng the PC.

Use Creator Classic, instead.  Guaranteed to work the first time, everytime.  wink.gif

Thanks for the advice - However, after more tests it was determined the DVD burner was going bad.  It has been replaced and all is well with EMC 9
