this is the first time ive ever had an issue trying to burn a DVD on Roxio. i have my menu set up, w/ 2 videos. i go to burn it (the disk is clear), and after it gets 11% complete of encoding the first movie, it says, "An unrecoverable device error occurred. Error while encoding movie 1." there's no number, just that message. we JUST updated our video card driver (used to get a message about that when i opened it). im at a complete loss of what to do here. the movies files are .WMV i think, and if that were an issue, wouldnt it have said that before? im using My DVD btw.

Bypass the burner and try it.

After you click burn, clear the check mark by the burn and select Disc Image.

If the image burns OK, use Disc Copier to burn the image to disc. (it will be in My Documents with an ISO extension)
