I am making a Slide Show of 110 Slides.
Narrating on each slide anarration
Got to about 50 and no matter what I recorded the 1st and subsequent recordings started to repeat so couldn't proceed any further.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I am not very computer literate.

In VideoWave, click on Tools/Options/File Control, and click on Delete Files. This should clear up the problem.
