I have been attempting to burn some little video VOB files.   I had made them with iMovie on my apple computer and saved them onto dvd-r discs before it crashed.  I was able to get them onto my PC and can watch them so I know they are fine... but when I go to burn them onto new dvd's, using the drag-to-disc method, I have a problem at the end of the transfer, it tells me I need to do the advanced burn so it will play on other computers and players as it ejects... I went into the 'menu' under the advanced settings to set it up to play on Mac.... it appears to be working, but at the very end, a window pops up asking me about these same 'advanced' settings so it will play on other players again... the options are to 'eject' or 'advanced' ... i have tried to click on both the 'advanced' tab and the 'eject' tab and it spits out the disc telling me it was interrupted in the process... I have allowed it to sit and work on doing whatever it is it is supposed to do for hours and it doesn't seem to work either....  I KNOW I have the settings set up for the dvd to be burned correctly, but whatever it is doing, the dvd's are not playable... I have wasted almost 25 dvd discs now and am really getting upset.
Of course, I tried to uninstall and reinstall the program, thinking it was corrupted... and NOW i can't do anything because of the CD key thing... I am asking about the other stuff in hopes I someday will get it to re-install... IF i can ever get it UN-installed.
PLEASE HELP!

Drag to Disc is the wrong program to use.  It is only capable of burning data, not music or movie CD's or DVD's.  The proper program to use is Disc Copier.
