Recently downloaded Buzz, Build 100808C and I keep getting, "Failed to open video file" when I try to open a video file.

Any idea on what I might be doing wrong?

Thanks,

Jack

Can you give us more information?

- System Info (OS, RAM, CPU etc.)
- File type
- Will the file play back in other players (like Windows Media Player etc.)?
- Do you have any other Roxio products installed?

Let us know and we'll try to help.

Thanks

OK, I'm checking into whether this is a known issue. Stay tuned...

There'll be a new build up in about a week from now. I can't say for sure that this will address your issue, but it's worth waiting and trying that - there have been many, many changes since the last version.

Let me know how it goes...
