when I try to install the program, windows says it cant find it. It says i have a missing link. So I browse to the setup file and run it. same problem. it works up to when it ask you what language. then it just gets like caught in a loop. went and cleaned everything to do with roxio out of computer. what i basically need is a copy of the setup file from disk 1.

Why don't you just put the disk in your drive?

I did and it did not autoload the setup program, load and run like it supposed to. already cleaned disk and made sure program is on it. that is why I went to start, run, browse and highlighted setup file ! but it still did the same thing

You may have a bad set of disks. You can try copying the Program disk to your hard drive, and try the setup from there.

If that doesn't work, take the disks back where you bought them, and have them exchange the disks.
