I have a thread in another room. I have made 3 requests to Roxio over the last couple of weeks about some issues I am having, but have not received a reply back yet. They actaully closed the inident the first time, WITHOUT sending me any correspondance!! Do they ever gat back with you when you create an incident or whatever they call it?
I am disappointed in the lack of response. You figure you spend $100 bucks on a program, you can get at least some support from them, not just RELY on other forum members.
What's Up With Roxio Support?

Keith: Post your Ticket Numbers here. Maybe someone from Roxio will see them and look into this.
It does not seem like the right way to run support!

I have a similar problem and have decided there is NO support...only sales.
