good evening. I have Roxio photosuite in my computer and when my computer crashed I was able to transfer some things to my external hard drive except when i try to open my Roxio it says i am missing rsl.dll. what can i do?

Your computer crashed. Did you do a clean install before you reinstalled the software? What do you mean by "transfer some things"?
