WHY is it Roxio CANNOT / WILL NOT fix this pan and zoom problem. I've purchased Creator for the 2nd time and it still doesn't work, even though it works fine when I tried a much cheaper program on my computer.

Pan and Zoom works fine for me, although I don't use it much. What problems are you having with it?

I have one problem using Pan & Zoom.
There is no image start, image finish and preview on Pan & Zoom window but changes made (blind) works and can be seen in project screen after done.

Are you using the Roxio HOME application to launch Videowave? Don't if you are. Run Videowave from the START menu>Programs>Roxio EMC 9>Video>Videowave

Running Videowave this way has solved several problems.
