This morning downloaded upgrade to Toast with Jam 6. Toast part is missing, not there. Only recieved the Jam 6 and Peak Express 4. Also, Peak 4 is asking for a Serial Number I was not supplied with. What's up with this????

I have screen grabs to document the process I went through on this purchase. If a response is not given, I'd like to return with an upload, get a refund and purchase another place.

By the way, your phone support is kind of bad also. At least to some of us in Montana.

It appears that you opted to purchase "Upgrade" option which is Jam 6 only and not Toast with Jam 6 instead of choosing "Buy Download". Hence, our record shows your purchase of Jam 6 only. You can contact our Inside Sales (866 280 7694) and opt to either refund "Jam 6" purchase and order "Toast with Jam 6" or opt to purchase "Toast 6" only. You should not have trouble contacting our IS. If you do, please let me know.
