viteo hdv to blu ray disk the best solution ?

hi i wont use one computer of my friend
in this configuration :


mother board gigabyte gak8 nf nforce 4
cpu dual core amd 64 bit 2x4800
ram 2gb ddr 400
video card pci express ati x300 256mb
burner blu ray disk bd7000

sw used
windows cp sp2
sw video editing for capture video and editing hd  (edius 4) or (sony vegas 7d)
sw encoding procoder 2.01 standalone or main concept 2.15
sw authoring dvdit pro hd

camcorder  hdv sony hc3

give my the best solution for producer the best blu ray disk from my video hdv.

That's a very good setup, you will just need to find the right settings for procoder and mainconcept when you encode your video so that DVDit will not need to re-encode it.  I believe mainconcept has a few preset settings that will work, I generally use 20mbps but your eye's and taste maybe different.
