I upgrade to Creator 7 and download the program about a year ago. Recently I had to reformate my computer because of a virus. When I click the orginal email that take me to the link to download...it said
" Order Status Can not find the order with that confirmation number. "
I did copy the program on two disc and when I use the CD key to open the program ...it tell me the key doesn't work...that I only have 30 days to use the program. I don't understand has happen here. I paid for the product...and i have to restall in to my computer...and now i can't. WHAT DO I DO?

I know this may seem a little silly but did you make sure the zero's and "o" that may be in the keys were correct and you didn't make a zero an "O", etc.

I'd suggest you contact Customer Service - see link in left-hand column. We are just fellow customers here.

Did you register the software?If you did you might try going to the panel to the left,hitting overview and when you get the page logon to My Roxio.When you get there see if the cd key is the same for your product.

I never did register the product...i assume that when I download it from Roxio..they registered for me.... I do have the copy of the orginial email they sent me

Give them a call, tomorrow. They should get things squared away so you can download the software again or give you a key that works.
