All,

We upgraded the firmware of our Samsung BDP-1000 (to 1.1) before we knew that you have to be running (1.0) for BD-R/BD-RE discs burned with DVDItProHD .


Does anyone know if the (1.0) firmware is available?  And is there any possibility of a "backslush" on the firmware?

Has anyone done this?

Actually, the latest version of the firmware(1.2?) should work with BD-RE/R but you might need the patch for DVDit.  Check with Scott and he'll get you going...

Here is the patch for DVDit...so leave Scott alone
