I've seen this problem posted on this forum before, but no definitive resolution.As others have done I can create a thumbnail by applying motion to the menus, but I can't seem to get auto generated tmb's when creating chapter menu.Also I created color panels with text between each video segment which I want as the thmnl but can't choose it. I also saved a MY DVD productoin that had worked the way it should in the past, but now when I open it in MY DVD the checkerboard pattern has replaced my thmbnl's. I checked running processes while trying to change a thmbnl and VCGProxyFileMan... is using 40-70% CPU.Is this significant? So in short ,it all worked the way it should before , but now it doesn't.I haven't changed anything in the interim.In another thread I had problems with missing checkboxes in chapter edit which I got back by Repair and it worked then. That was only about a week ago.
