4/27/07 updated creator 5 to creator 9. EMD 9 will not allow me to burn a CD.All the tracks in my library come up w/ an icon w/ a lock . Have installed & uninstalled 5 or 6 times but no help. Roxanne has proven to be useless. “SORRY” seems to be all she can say.

Another thing could be that they were ripped with Windows Media Player as .wma files and the "copy protect" box was checked.
