Digital Rights permission needed for TIVO files

I can open the file up with Easy CD Creator 9 but it states I do not have Digital Rights Permission and will not allow it to go any further. It is stated at the Tivo website and Roxio that I can put these files to DVD for playing later on a DVD. What am I doing wrong???

DRM is basically an anti-copying mechanism. Although the TiVo site may say you can, obviously that particular one has been altered in such a way as to prevent copying
