huh.gif Using WinXP Pro and Roxio 7.5 I can't seem to use Disk Copier to copy a slide show that was made by DVD Builder and placed on a DVD. I continually get a read error and the copying stops. I tried using a DVD ROM drive to play as well as the same DVD RW drive. I also tried using Nero 7 Enhanced but get the same result. The disk will play fine on a DVD player.
Any ideas why and how to overcome?
Thanks, Chuck

Couple of things to watch for

First - do you have Internet Explorer 7 and/or Media Player 11 on your computer? If so, you will have to remove them

Sexcond, try getting the latest DirectX 9.0c from MS (the April release is the latest) and also try for updated drivers for your video card (go to the maker's website and not MS)

Third, try rendering the output to the hard drive first as a .iso image file - then open that with Disc Copier to write to the DVD
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed
