I am trying to save a JPG file as a PNG file but can't, and get following message:

There are no media files in this folder that match the filter settings. To change the filter settings, click the Filter for Media Types button. Note: There may be other types of files in this folder. Media Manager displays only media files.

Anyone know what the hell the matter is? Of course, there's no help from Roxio about what it's referring to!

That message simply says you do not have any current files in that folder that are media files- images in his case.    All you have are data files, if any.  Just click save and the png file will be saved.

Did you ignore that message and just click save after selecting the file type as png or is the file not saving?
