MyDVD Cannot burn to DVD

When I try burn a DVD the process cotinues to about 95% and freezes. Sometimes it doesn't. Either way, the disk is unplayable. Cineplayer reports no media.

This problem began after I uninstalled EMC 9 and reinstalled EMC 8. I didn't like 9.
Did something no get uninstalled from version 9?

Was 8 working before?
Have you tried burning to an image file to see if that works out ok?

Yes, it was working before, I have not burned an imag file.

The image file burn completed. However it could not be read by Media Player or Cineplayer.

Of course the image file can't be read by software players, you have to burn it to a DVD using DiscCopier or load it into the Virtual Disc Image loader. An iso file is not a video file like avi or mpg but only an image of what will be burned to a DVD.

You can also preview it in Disc Copier, to see if the ISO file is the way you want it.

I did burn the the image file to a DVD. The DVD would not play.

Where do I get Disc Copier?

Disc Copier is part of EMC - look in the start menu under Roxio, Copy
