Though both Epson and Roxio indicate that you can use Epson R340 feature that prints label directly to printable CD... that has not been my experience. When I set up the printer it ask for paper selection and only gives me a limited list of printers one being R300, so I select that. Then I press print and it sends to printer where I get an error message "That I need to close the cd tray to allow to print out paper copy"? Can anyone help me here... Epson doesn't really seem to have any ideas so hoping you might at this end.
