I am operating Vista with Easy Creator 9. While copying a miniDVD to DVD the process is interupted and I get a message that my miniDVD has fingerprints, scratches or dust and cannot be copied. I have tried cleaning the discs. ( It gives this message to most of my discs which I try to copy. ) I cannot detect any damage or scratches on the disc. The discs play fine if I try to view them in Media player.
A tab also comes up which is labeled advanced. This aloows me to choose from a series of settings
px.dll:3.4.45.500
px.AFS.DLL 3.4.45.500
pxdrv.dll:1.2.1.0
as well as 4 other settings.
I do not find any help in the help menu. Can any of these advanced settings correct my problem. Am I overlooking something? Is anyone familiar with the problem. THe mini DVD were recorded on my Canon DC40 camcorder in VOB files. THe discs are in good condition and have never been mishandled or exposed to unusual condition. THey are quite new.
Please help if you can.

Did you try a lens cleaning disc in the drive? A report of dirty media may be down to a dirty lens
