I Need Help! Photo Suite Na Videowave Premium Edition

I have not ben able to install The Photo Suite and VideoWave Premium Suite because it continues to say that the CDKEY is incorrect. I've tried "Ask Roxanne" , "Chatting with Technical Support" but they are not available. CAn someone help me please!! :huh:

Your system date might be incorrect. This seems to be a common problem/solution, even Windows XP won't let you activate VIA the internet with an incorrect date. Your not the only one who had this problem
