Add the text to the internal tracks of a photo, that way the text will apply only to that picture and will "move" with the picture if you ever relocate the photo.

Add the text to the internal track of the picture on which you want it to show. That way, it won't show up on other pictures.
On Storyline, click on the photo. Then, click on the Internal Tracks button, add text in the Preview window above. When you are done, click on the Internal Tracks button, again. Repeat as necessary.

Can I do the same thing on a color frame? I tried that and went to the internal tracks, and it showed up on all.

It works for me. Are you talking about a color panel that you inserted into your production? You should have no problem adding text to that panel, only.
If you click on one picture or panel, then click on the Internal Tracks button, all panels should be greyed out, except the one that you are working on. If that doesn't happen, something is not right.

I had tried it that way, and it would not work, it would put it on every panel, so I got tired of trying and deleted the panel, I closed out of the production without saving changes. When I went back in after posting my question, tried it again, it worked! The same thing happend when I tried to set the duration for the transitions and applyto all, I had already set Random Theme for them, and it wouldn't work. I ended up deleting the theme and putting it back on there, then setting the duration, and it worked! Wonder if it is a Vista thing? I have XP on my desktop never had really tried much on there because of the limited RAM.
Anyway, now I am at a new cross roads... as this is my first production, may be here allot, I set it to wide screen and now I am thinking that I may want to change that. Is that possible? Is so how do I change it from wide view or wide screen...whatever it is called?

If the pictures were not widescreen, then you want 4:3 for your production. It is possible to change it back, in VideoWave. Click on File/New Production, then pick 4:3. I am not sure if you bring your production in, after that, it will revert to4:3.

I haven't tried it, so I didn't know if it would work. Maybe someone else has a solution to that problem, without having to rebuild your production.
You could try opening MyDVD, and bring that production in, then click on File, Project Settings, and change it to 4:3. That should change it.

You can't move the files, or you will have to have VideoWave reassociate the location. I don't think it will make a difference with any problems you may be having, so I would not move the files.
Just keep plugging away at it.
