I bought Easy Media Creator 9, last week and I'm sorry I did, what a waste of 99.00. I got the horror error MPG2 and read alot on this web site trying to fix it, even with the help of this newsgroup and with roxio helping I still can't use the program the way I want to, IE.....coping movies, do bad you can't get your money back on computer programs

If you are trying to copy copyrighted, commercial movies then EMC 9 will not do it since that is illegal in the US and other countries. If you are trying to copy legal DVDs then perhaps if you were to give some more information someone may be able to help you. I don't know what you mean by "the horror error MPG2"
Listing your system specs especially video card would be very helpful.

If you bought directly from Roxio, they have a 30 day money back policy. But, tell us exactly what you want to do, what you've tried, and maybe someone here can help you out.
